Hi mates.
I hope that someone can help me.
When the weather is cold ( under 0 degrees celsium ) the car doesn't start. ECU recording Error Code 8 ( TDC Sensor - Top Dead Center )
New sparks , new battery ... new fuel filter.
Any Ideas ?!

N.B. ONLY WHEN IT's Under ZERO Degrees ?!

I had a similar issue and it was the coil at fault,

But if your getting that error code it could be the camshaft position sensor inside the distributor, trying a second hand distributor could be the easiest option for you

Yep ... but is it possible to be broken only when it's cold ... Under 0 degrees

Might be a dampness issue cold air cannot hold as much moisture so as the temperature drops water might precipitate inside the dizzy causing all sorts of issues. Check all seals and dizzy cap for cracks.

My car was hard to start/wouldn't start when cold when the coil was failing,
The colder the engine is the stronger the spark needs to be to start it

Happy new year first :)
Dizzy is clean , seals are ok , dizzy cap is new ... It's obvious that I'll have to buy distributor. Thank you.

Hmm .... today we started :) But when I catch the wire pack of the dizzy ... engine stop ... so I think ... is it possible to be cold solder ... Engine is swaped and it was with OBD2 but when I swaped it I swaped to OBD1 P28

Solved ! Wiring problem ! Cold solder on the distributors wires !
Thank you.
