B16a ecu swap?

Can a b16a2 engine be ran on a obd2b b16b ecu? Are the plugs on an obd1 engine loom different to those on an obd2b loom?

The plugs are different on the obd1 and the obd2.

but having the wrong ecu with wrong engine will cause another , dont put a b16b ecu with a b16a engine as the map will be wrong , the b16b ecu is mapped for a better intake, better trottle body , better head , bigger cams, better vales , higher compression pistion etc -

The timing will be out as they have a different stroke a c/r

The interior loom and engine loom WILL plug I together but you'll need to have the corresponding ecu for the engine loom ..
