Hello.
So it seems since I've decided to sell my car it now wants to break, probably my fault for not driving it in a long time.
My issue is, I'm lacking boost. A while ago my low boost setting on my boost controller stopped working, I'm thinking this maybe linked. (Greddy profec b spec 2)
I've changed my actuator to a forge one because it seemed as if my old one was seized, now I have less boost so maybe the old was alright lol!?
On a serious note I'm quite pissed off, I lost the love for this car a while ago and now it's just sitting there looking like some sort of expensive driveway ornament.
Can anyone give me any advise or has had this happen before?
Before I changed my actuator it was alright but I had nothing apart from (what felt like) the usual power I had when the boost controller is off, which is what I ran 99% of the time.
I think the next thing to look at is the boost control valve but air can flow though it I've checked but maybe the valve is seized?
Maybe the intercooler is blocked? Not letting enough air through to help create the pressure needed for the actuator to push the wastegate open?
Any help appreciated before I get angry and break it lol.
