Apexi Power FC Commander error

Everyone that I know in my country that his commander is for a B16B has a FCC3 commander, hope this helps

I have 2 PowerFc's With commander And Ecu's
FCC3 Commander + PFC AH01 010-0211 ECU ( i have it NEW in box) and out of the box it says Ek9 and it is OBD2A
FCC2 Commander + PFC AH04 010-0621 ECU ( it's used am not having box)
