Anyone able to measure a ek9 shaft for its thickness (diameter)

As above I need to know how thick the shaft itself is in the middle as my passenger side is measuring 80mm and drivers side is 84mm when I wrap a tailers measure tape around it!

Do you mean circumference? Mine are both 95mm? I got them of a vti that was being broken on the forum a few months back.

Firstly thanks for commenting and apologies circumference is exactly what I meant. Really 95mm!!! Then would that mean that type r shafts would be of a larger circumference again?

Really puzzled now as to what shafts are in this car of mine and also what box because thinner shafts like mine would mean a different gearbox, wouldn't it?

Somebody's got a b-series shaft lieing in the garage or somewhere that they could measure for me!?, pleaseeee!

I think most VTEC shafts are the same mate, VTi or Type R.
