anti roll bars reinforcment plates

ek9's dont need them a standard anto roll bay wont rip out of the chassis of the cars its sposed to be on....its only wen u start usin thicker anti roll bars u need the reinforcement plate...like say usin an ek9 anti roll bar in a eg civic then ud need it

Exactly. If your civic or integra isn't an type-r, then this plate can be useful to you when using a large anti-roll bar.
