So...

Car is coming off the road, going into a nice warm garage, whilst i save some money plotting about in my daily. Can also get some little bits done on the 9 in the mean time.

So advice on storing ? Leave the battery connected? How much fuel ? even heard some things about leaving the fuel rail connected?

I'll easily be able to go and start it up once a week..?

thank you please :woot::dance::nerv:

SO yeh im not selling it anymore :win::win:

I kept my glanza off the road all winter mate, used to start it about once a fortnight. I used to have to use jump leads as the battery would die after about a week.

right on. sounds a plan ;-) next challenge is getting the car in the garage. investigating this weekend

The ef was off the road for 5 months, all i done was disconnect the battery.
Once reconnected fired up 1st turn of the key ;)
Its a hundaa man it'll be just fine :D

Oh and awesome your not selling up :win:

My EK has been off the road since january as I have two broken legs, ive started it twice since... All ive done is disconnect battery, put it in gear and handbrake off.

Once I reconnected the battery it started first time! Trusty old Honda!

was always taught to leave a car on stands and stack the wheels to stop any flat spots as well

i do this as well or if you have no stands, put boards under the wheels.. something like fencing boards would be top.
