Hi, im interested in 99 00 foglights, with all the cables and switch...

Funkypower sell them m8 :) or i got them off ebay for £60 inc postage brand new from america came within two days with everything :) :)
 
you can get them from ebay, but the feedback is a bit hit and miss as they've been a disaster for some and fine for others. i ran them for over a year on my vit with no problems though...
loads of companies sell them, pw;jdm funkypower accesoryzone etc..
