Is it possible to make a b16b into 4wd, i'm doin out a turbo list for my car and i'm afraid it'll just spin and spin and spin!!! If i could get it into 4wd I feel it would better to me!! no spinnin, just smokin other cars!!!

With the average person's budget and tools, now way. You should just stick with wheels at least 7" wide with sticky tires. If you really want some grip just get some very sticky tires and replace as needed. It costs a lot to replace high grip tires a lot, but thats one of the best ways to get power to the ground in a fwd car.

I saw a thread in h-t where they made a del sol awd, but I really don't know how they did it ... I think that it's too much money.

allwheel drive? forget about it, just buy an evo, it will be cheaper! if your worried about traction, get some traction bars, stiffer rear springs and sticky tires and youll be good to go! :nice:

There is a civic that was 4wd, its was ek saloon, 1.5 d series engine, rare as hens teeth but still they made one!!! there is a few around these parts. i have actually seen one, better than starting from fresh, import only:wow: :wow: :wow: :wow: :wow: :wow: :wow: :wow: :wow: :wow: :wow:

it was a civic wagon, it was sold in the US in the late 80's i believe, i see them every now and then, ugly cars. zero potential for performance.

no no this is a 96-00 ek model... i have seen them, cannot find details anywhere all i know is that is was a jap import and was a 1.5l... very cool!!

The 4wd system is available on the 1.5L vtec integras! DC chassis.

You can import them relatively cheap, but the drive-train would need to be beef'd up to handle alot of power, and the E chassis would need alot of modification to accomodate it.

Just thought Id add that bit of info. Nothing like bringing things back from the dead 'eh Blinx!

true true, i think its funny sometimes when i read my old posts from 3 years ago on other forums... i feel embarassed sometimes lol...
