Could someone telling me whats the rpm reading @ 100kmph in 5th gear with a 4.78 final drive?

4.4 is around 3500 rpm, so 4.78 should be somewhere between 3700 and 4000 rpm

Does having a set of 16 inch will affect the RPM reading? Cause for my car, 4000PRM ++ is at 110KM/H in 5th gear.

Right checked mine this morning in 5th gear

100kms - 3500rpm
120kms - 4000rpm
130kms - 4500rpm

I take it I have a standard final drive then?

Hmmm interesting, what do you get at the other speeds (120 & 130kms)?

I just wanted to know the cos I dont want to buy a 4.78fd only to realise theres one already fitted.
