hi all just wondering peoples opinions on which manifold to go for to achieve all around performance,4-2-1 or a 4-1??,i read a bit of info in a advert stating that a 4-1 will give you the most power but only above 4500rpm whilst a 4-2-1 will improve lower down torque??

4-1 just hangs WAY too low!! it will get dented and crushed and end up being worse than factory manifold, for that reason alone i suggest 4-2-1 and unless your making over 220bhp i doubt there will even be a difference between the two, just make sure whatever you get has a 2.5" collector.
