I see your building a car to enter an SPL competition right? well why didnt you use fiberglass resin instead of concrete!!?? concretes te OLD method of re-inforcement.
You know I was at a car show in England the other week and the 'ICEMANS's Ford-Orion van has a competition winning build in it... he turned it up halfway and with the doors wide open it startted pushing thewindow out of its seal!... whats more you could see the wiper blades bouncing off the windscreen and the whole roof-line and a-pillars flexing with the bass!.... then he shattered his windscreen when he turned it up a touch more.
If your going to do somthing like this then make sure you do it safe. BTW. its not an EK9, you can tell because the chassis plate will be on the radiator slam panel and itll say EK9-XXXXXX Ive made twelve observations that make me 100% certain thats a USDM civic EK hatch
Good luck with your project, whatever you want to acheive with it.
....but if your want to get this done then your going to have to get serious about it. Spending your time posting loads of daft comments isnt going to get you there... if your really serious about this then youve gotta stop being so lazy (your words), kick your bad habbits and start working every hour under the sun to make it happen! Also do some research, go out to shows and get advice from the guys whove been there and done this before. Ur ek isnt scary at the moment, it isnt anything. get back to work!
