went through to henry roy in scotland the other day . put my basically standard ep3 on the dyno .
03 plate with 80 thousand miles. light weight flywheel. hondata air box mod and mugen replacement filter.
the car made 199.4 bhp which i was very happy with.

im after an exhaust as the standard one is blowing a bit and is holding the car back.
what exhausts are out there that will give good gains but will not be mental loud?

i drive a 60 mile round trip to work and i cant be arsed with a loud exhaust.

forgot to add that it comes at a stupid cost...it was in my car when i bought it otherwise i wouldnt have spent so much for an exhaust :D
