So the ek9 i purchased not too long ago has 120k on the clock, i know B series engines are very reliable.

The ek9 will soon be my daily driver and i would be covering roughly 10k miles a year. Because of this i would really appreciate any guidance on the appropriate measures to take when maintaining the car as i have next to no experiencing with high performance Hondas.

I think any car that is well maintained and serviced will last for a life time

if u take good care of it itll do the same for you,ive had 5 odd honda's and none has give me bother because i look after them

thanks again everyone, you have given me peace of mind that my honda isnt going to give me any trouble, in terms of servicing it regularly are we talking every 5k miles?

Change oil and oil filter every 5k or twice a year. Keep oil topped up and check all fluid levels regularly.

As i have just bought it im going to replace those things, put it in for a service and change the cambelt so i know where i stand with looking after it
