just got my k sport camber adjusters for front and back.. whats the best settings for grip off the line while launching?

my mates ek9 is burning oil on vtec the heads only been rebuilt(stem seals too) so the rings need replacing... what exact parts are needed for this? does the block need to be honed? could he just get rings and fit them to the pistons and thats it? cheers
