were would i find blue washer pipes from the ones under the bonnet were the washer jets go onto???

i priced one at honda and they wanted stupid money for a belt . so looking for a second anyone got one that they dont need ?

my m8 has just bought a ek9 and he has this on his gear box it says s4c but also says R4 lsd is this normal?

i have been told that a itr bottom end (crank) is a good mod for a b16b has anyone done this and what improvements did i have if any ??

i am looking at changing my spark plugs should i just stick with standard ones or get these HKS iridium spark plug 5408-S35i Heat Range 7 i have been offerd them for a good price has any one used them?? my cars not heavily modified, manifold,decat.exhaust and jsraceing filter.

well me and steven went to a local rollen road day to see what power our cars were putting out. i managed 187.2bhp @ 8,514 rpm and 119.8lbft mods- js racing filter , decat,5zigen fireball exhaust im happy with that YouTube - my ek9 on the rollen road

got it fitted about 2weeks ago loving it :drive: and a wee vid YouTube - 5zigen fireball exhaust let me know what use think??
