Sorry for the belated reply.
we swopped out my thermostat with an OEM unit as well as my heat temp sensor.
After this, my temps seem to be satying down.

I noticed your thread on your persisting overheating problem with your b16, I have exactly the same problem! cant diagnose it! changed rad, hoses, coolant, thermostat, and am sure the head gasket is fine! really annoying me! next thing I wanna check is my water pump but that seems ok as I dont think it leaks.
Any luck with yours? Have you managed to get it sorted?
