Cause I though that the 1.8 vti (B18C4) which this is, yeah?? Had a better compression rate for a turbo which would be the next step before you drop a K20 in for power, no?? If not does anyone know what the price different is between the vti and the itr B18??

I went to a local garage today and they said that it could be the dizzy, now they didn't look at it, they just said that form what I said. How likely can this be if it happens say 1 in every 9 trips I take in the car?? Also I wouldnt like to forke out alot of money on a dizzy when it could be...

It just heistate's, like I would be just doing 20mph at 2500/3000 revs then, it's like it loses power. You put ur foot down even a little bit and no response and then a few seconds later there's power but jurky. The clutch is fully up at this stage, so I don't think it's the clutch slipping.

No it hasnt, there's been no modifactions done to it bar alloys, that's why I bought it, though it was a solid car with no problems and be able to make my own stamp on it, without it falling to pieces when things were getting done to it.

I only have it 5 months now, haven't changed anything, haven't been told anything was changed in it from the dealership. There's no receipts of any dizzy r leads been changed. The car is complete bog standard and staying like that till I get my full licence. Should be sometime soon, I hope.
