Alright guys, Had an uber long day and got home by 8pm. Absolutely slaughtered and have an early start again tomorrow. Pulling up to my designated private space with clearly marked flat numbers and I see another car in my space.
Its been twice now and I came that close to losing my sh!t.. fortunately I refrained from any damage.. although I have been known to get tow cables out and yank them out of my space.
Left a very angry note with a nail attached to it.. Im sure they can take it anyway they want...

So Im thinking of things to do if it ever happens again (these people have parked there for the second time this week, with written warning).

This is the tough bit, no criminal damage:

Im thinking Jacking the car up and leaving it on bricks.

Gum in the locks is kindve a jack ass thing to do..

Anyone have any ideas? The more creative the better!

Now before you critique the nature of this thread , the inconvenience caused is unacceptable..I have to walk a little under a mile to get to my car ( As I will not leave it unsecured on the streets away from my attention and I will not take someone elses space as I feel that inconvenience..there is a huge shortage here) in the morning.

Points for something fresh other than boots/clamps and notes ( unless they are really creative)

undo the tyre valve core, place it on top of the tyre and put the valv caps back on. no real damage done but funny when they pump the tyres up. dont keep the valve cores as that theft tho.

Can you jack up the back and roll it out of the space?

Undo some wheel nuts and leave them on the bonnet/roof? Potentially dangerous though.

Fishing line wrapped around a wing mirror and a nearby post/tree? Probably counts as criminal damage, but you won't be anywhere near when it happens...

Maybe cover up it's parking sensors (if it has them of course) would make them uber cautious when getting out of your space! lol

I have the same problem i have my own house and a space outside but my next door neighbours now have 3 cars and always park out the front of mine and there other neighbours when i get in late from work i have to pick the baby(15 month) up from my mams(some nights) as me n the other half sometimes work same nights and when i get back they are outside my house so i have to find a space up the street some were n walk the baby who is asleep a mile down the street to put him to bed i dont think this i fair at all i feel like smashing 2 of there car up n leaving them wit one ;)

fine grade sandpaper and sandpaper his front windscreen

will look fine but as soon as the sun shines directly on it the damage will be visible and it'll irritate the sh*t out of him

or buy a wheel clamp

Thats f**kin shockin mate!

Tell them its your space, explain the situation about how ur havin to walk at night with ur son,and its unacceptable!

Hope u get it sorted out mate,am in a bad mood now lol!

A) Super glue the driver side key hole shut.

B) Post a note on the door handle using dog crap as glue

C) Note reads, "Shitty Parking Job!"

I would wait for them and have it out with them mate or start charging them rent for the spot lol :)

I wouldn't do any damage to how car as he would probably end up doing it to yours too. just have a kind word with him first?

Pallet wrap the whole car.

guys you are joking or something.
i think roads are public or something ? (in my country they are)
i would KILL if someone did any of these things to my car...
the best thing is to ask kindly if he wants to leave ''your parking'' space.

No, a designated space is not public, it's yours.

Pallet wrapping the car causes no damage, just inconvenience and amusement for the perpetrator. Perfetly just in this case IMO.

Yea I thought about that but fact is I had to park a mile away in a secure location ..plus I am with my car at all times of the day anyway..THE GUY IS STILL PARKED THERE THIS MORNING! Thats just unacceptable to leave it over night! .. It is clearly marked and frankly if it came down to damage on my car I know I'd be more than willing to take this alot further than he would.

As for defecating on his car...stage fright plus its abit chilly out there lol.
