My EK9 turbo with TDI.

Got my Injector Dynamics 725cc Injectors this morning.

Also stripped the rear seats and plastics out and fitted some trs harnesses.

Will get some pics up if the weather let's me clean my car.

Cars now booked in for the 18th of feb for all the work to get started

The turbo I have for sale isn't the one I'm using.

Around £1200 for downpipe & intercooler fabrication, fitting and tuning.

Thats a good price from TDi! Would it not be worth fitting a thicker headgasket to lower the compression as thats usually the problem boosting a B16B? ask Rich777 and Blinx

very good point to note.

its looking a good build up, TDI are a good company, i use TDI PLC in essex and they have never let me down.

I cant wait to start my new build thread as i got s**t loads of new parts for my b18 turbo, but im in afghanistan and not back till april, my mum tells me my brian crower stage 2 turbo cams are very shiny

Mainly eBay and turbo dynamics. Then the turbo was direct from PTE. Sick to death of import duty :/

I thought it was a good price too.

I mentioned the compression but they said that's it's fine for the low boost. I'm just going to go with it.

Got a b20z build planned for later this year with forged internals etc.

Small update:

HKS SSQV BOV

Wanted a tial but couldn't get one in time . Heard mixed views on wether these things are needed but I've got one to be safe.

Getting stri gauges (boost, oil pressure, oil temp) from tuning developments as soon as I get chance to go down there.

Got some Stri X-Line gauges. Boost, oil temp and oil pressure.

Also Bought a momo Dished steering wheel.

Looks like this is going to develop into a proper little weapon! You will piss 280-300bhp @the fly with the parts you are getting on a stock b16b
