i usaully use a very very thin amount of exhaust paste on the manifold face,just to be safe,
never had a leak!:)

I know, i'd love it to run very nice on the day! Dont want to be getting really low figures now due to a few leaks :mad:

was a complete arse ache to fit, i was also on my own, took me a total of about 3 hours to finish fitting it!!! :angry2:

Much respect for having both a nuts GT and EK9 at once, legend!! :bow:
Previous GT owner myself before i had to regretably trade up for the EK9, all for the best in the end tho. GT handling :nono::nono:
Bet tractions a SLIGHT:drive: problem in the GT as it is!!!

What make manifold is that you got for the EK9? wat difference does it make that its for a 18c?? Keep up the good moddin:nice:

EK9 is good choice :drive: Starlet is really fun though aie.

Traction in the GT is pretty terrible with the wrong tires. But with bigger wheels and good tires gearing was lengthend and traction/propelltion was good, managed to still woop most of the 4WD boys even on rolls in 2nd gear, 3rd gear onwards was where the car shinned greatly.

The Manifold is a custom one from "Import Trung" from the forum. I dont think there is difference apart from maybe larger diameter runners?

make sure it is just a fine smear, otherwise it squishes out everywhere as you tighten it up:angry:

Wheels look real good mate, as do the headers.

And don't worry - if I had a dollar for every time someone said what I had done to my car was crazy or they didn't like it, I'd be a millionaire :lol:

Should make a nice little increase bottom end, not forgetting extra power up top too!!.. wish i had the money to own an ek9.. nevermind b18c-R it.. :( :(
