Dans EK9 Type R

lol,

well i personally love them and am very happy :)

Cheers for the comments guys

i like them but agree u need to lower it..the 35-40 mm u said should look just perfect and not affect the ride too much.. was noseyin round tgtt.com last nite and spotted it there.. lookin very well i think.. not too sure about the white rocker cover tho.. think it might look better if u got the writing polished like stock?..

Now just need the centre section replaced,

That the B18 one Dan? F1's front/888 rear?

lol, your attention to detail is a bit worrying HAHA!

Yup, thats the one for the B18, but i can see myself going B18 in the nearish future, I'll let ya know how it performs on the B16, should see a decent gain compared to stock EK9 header.

As for the tires lol, i had a bit of a kerbing accident in the snow, silly me aie :angry2: So temparerily using my OEM wheels up front while the GAB is getting refurbed :nice:

Managed to fit header today, Only problem is eager beaver me put it on old leaking gasket so yeah guessed it, there is blowing most of the way around the gasket, there is also a blow where it meets the Decat due to it not lining up completely straight, so Will rub some gasket sealant around the blow and have a gasket coming my way next tuesday... I am hoping where the mani meets the head is all properly skimmed and level otherwise this could be a problem.

With the blow it sounds like a K20a!!! LOL

So as far as performance it wouldnt be fair to judge right this second until the blows are sorted, But it still feels quick indeed :)

a couple of quick pictures:

Nice to see it fitted.

The headflange was completely flat when bolted to my 1 inch thick aluminium plate so you shouldn't have any problems there.

Thats good news :nice:

Also, maybe it's just my eyes but is there a bolt missing?

Yes, me and my handy work, I went to tighten the bolt and it snapped. That was after i had checked everything and bolts where tight...

Im very sure its due to the gasket, Will be refitting the whole thing next week and line everything up better.
