nice updates man was talking about removing my AC at the weekend as i never use it, Manifold has come up a treat looks like new :D bet its gold again now tho after driving it :D

Yeah definitly remove the aircon my car definitly feels a little more responsive under the throttle without it.

My mani is turning a lovely shade of gold again well pleased! :D

Anyway

Had a **** day today.

Woke up this morning to find myself in agony, think i have trapped a nerve under my shoulder blades. Probably from all the cleaning....

So i looked out the window to find it Raining so there goes me cycling to work. Probably wouldn't have been able to anyway cause my back was hurting so much. So what choice did i have... To take my very clean car to work. This pains me to do this because she looked absolutly mint and i didn't want to make her dirty...

Still no choice so i get in and take my usual route trying to be ginger to avoid making unecessary spray and dirt.

Only at the last minute to find this in my path @ 60mph!

SOOOOO glad i wasn't on my R1 cause that would have hurt sliding down the road.

So who ever left this here THANKS you f@#king w@#ker.

I took avasive action but still hit it.

Think my tracking is out now as my steering is sitting to the left and from what i can see only this damage.

it probably fell off some pikey's van , good thing u wernt on the R1!

sorry to here bout that anyway , least u wernt hurt
 
My excess is £450 quid so i will be buying new splitter and possibly bumper.
 
Ah man, that is ****, sorry to see it Ian. Glad to see its only plastic that took the damage though and as you say, even better that you weren't on the bike!!!
 
few battle wounds for now wnt do any harm that what the 9's about not a showroom finish :p have you seen the price of oem 9 bumpers when you can get hold of em?? :-O
 
nearly as bad as my friends car when we was going round a corner on a country road and some farmer left a metal ffence in the road on a blind corner and it went into the engine and smashed the windscreen luckily only going through the windscreen a tiny bit.

it could of been a lot worse

These are mainly going to be my track and summer rims, for long distances, winter and shows the standard rims will be used. Refurb for them coming soon.

The Slips have improved the handling further though, wider rim and wider offset has given me more responsiveness, decrease in roll and overall a much nicer cornering experience.

I LOVE MY HONDA!!! :D
