well over the weekend picked up a 97 spec b16b for. Local car/engine importer decided to clean it and painted/ add my own touches , now it's back to saving/ drained my bank account , lol , down the road I can get he rest of the stuff

From what I have found online ... Iam 99% positive there ctr cams can anyone just Reassure me , they are currently in my 97 spec b16b !

No haven't checked the oil pump screen , but as added saftey deff plan on new water pump timing belt and tensior , and thinking of putting a "orbitz "upgraded oil pump in it ,

Beetle juice ... I pulled the cover and oil pan looks really clean , there isn't even any oil staining on the cam rails , cams and journals look real good as well no scoring ,

Ok thanks , was wondering cause I see some people and there b16b stock have like 235-240 Ish psi per cylinder , was wondering if I have good psi numbers , I have had Jdm itr 98+ spec engines and they were in the 260-270 psi range per cylinder , I do know tho the Itr and b16b have little diff...
