Tapping sound from head .....

hey guys see what u think I have done all the valave lash .7 intake .8 exhaust , new spark plugs , check all belts , Can't figure out what it is ........ Tappin from the head on idle or if u play with the rpm cable in between idle and 1200rpm then it's gone ...... It's driving me nuts thanks for any input , car is also in 10-30w reg oil that I also changed about 600miles ago

Could be the lost motion assembly they can cause the tapping sound inside the head you could buy the a set of skunk 2 spring type lma's or honda even sell them

As mentioned above, I'd say its your Lost Motion Assembly. I've heard a few different engine builders and tuners saying not to use the Skunk 2 ones and to replace them with OEM Honda ones. They aren't overly exspensive and rather easy to replace
