searched and cant find detailed instructions specific to ek (ill need pics as no idea with wiring)

need to wire horn with aftermarket wheel (momo horn button and srs reel is removed with hub im using)

You need to go to the scrappies and steal the little flexible brass connector off a non SRS model honda, EG one is what I have iirc (got it brand new in honda packaging)

Honda list them as a "shoe horn" , basically have to wire the positive horn feed to this and secure it to the steering column so that it contacts the metal contact on the reverse of your steering boss at all times

Any flexible conducting piece of metal should work if you can secure it fine, heard of a paperclip being used before

Part number of the bit I used was 3529-S04-A01 , try honda and see if you can still buy one :nice:

keep seeing the shoe horn mentioned but wasnt sure it applied to ek, ill get 1 ordered from honda, so 1 wire simply goes from horn button to this shoe horn which must be touching hub at all times, what about 2nd wire ?

Wire the horn wiring from the car to the Shoe Horn, the shoe horn has a provision that you can use a simple spade connector to keep it neat and secure/safe

your horn button itself has 2 wires usually, earth and live. Live will connect to the opposite side of the contact on the reverse of the hub, should already be wiring there.... The earth should connect to the tab on the horn retaining clip

If you want I can take a couple pics of the setup on my car, pictures can make this a bit easier to understand......

i saw your post but i run totaly different hub so think my prob may be worse, mines solid billet hub with no wiring etc at all
