I was wondering if anyone had any idea how to clip a wing mirror glass back on as mine won't clip on to the white electric adjuster balls. Feels like I am going to break the glass pushing so hard.

Can anyone help?

Bumping this topic as that's exactly my issue right now
Sad to see no answer on it, maybe someone in 2025 ?
Thanks :)

The top half hooks in and you push the bottom and sides until it clicks into place.

i struggled till i actually looked at it.

You put the glass on the middle pivot ball. then push it towards the white small ball till it clips in and then you so the same to the other side

Thats what i did

I don't have that middle pivot ball that you're talking about, but I figured a way to put it almost entirely, it's placed at 75%, wanted to remove it and file the glass just a little, and couldn't remove it easily so I was like "oh well it won't fall I guess"
We'll see how long this is going to stay, can see perfectly, it's not noticeable that it's not fully inserted so I just hope it's going to stay like that. If it falls one day I'll buy a new one a file it just a little before placing it.
But it SHOULD stays in

Why are you filing the glass?

I'm not a native english speaker so I hope it was clear, and looked for the verb "to fill" as I didn't know the meaning (only knew the verb to fill something empty for example). And it means the fact to remove a bit of matter, so I wanted to make it a little bit smaller by 1-2mm so it would fit in perfectly. Didn't do it as it holds so far !
