Windscreen blower poor

With the time of year I've been using the windscreen blower a lot in my EK9 to demist the windscreen etc.

However, it takes a very long time to do it and doesn't blow air very hard at all. On max power it blows so gently it barely even blows at all. On the other settings like foot blower or the face blower it works perfectly and gives a good blast of air out.

Any ideas as to why it doesn't blow hard on the windscreen or is this just the way they are?

My ek9 is the same. There so poorly insulated as well. I leave silica gel bags in the car to absorb moisture in the air

Check your pollen filter. If its **** up its probably blocked and restricting the air flow

I will get some silica gel bags good idea! I'll also check the filter at the weekend when I have chance. I hope it can be sorted because they're pretty dire at the moment lol.

Also - the lack of insulation is to save weight! Can't have loads of insulation in a lightweight race car can we

Mine is terrible too, like a mouse coughing on my windscreen!
