My motor was broken into a few months back. Not only did it cost me money repairing the door, the nice lads busted my window motor too. The guy in the body shop turfed it out the motor before I got a chance to look at it to see if I could recon it. Interesting thing is, I'm not sure if my car had Honda power windows or not! I have blankers in the door where it looked like a set of work out windows where install but the looms look OEM. Also there is plastic sheeting behind the door pannels with no holes for wind up window handles.
I had a look at the passenger side motor and its a Mitsuba Motor so is the factory supplier? I found a piece of paper in the books from the dealer with a list of the first (I'm the second owner) owner asked for and Power windows are on it so it would seem that they where fitted by someone in honda but donno if it's a retrofit or aftermarket kit. Can anyone help? Think the dealer it was bought from is now closed.
