Your car is OBD2A right?

If yes, yes it'll fit.

It wont work in his car, his engine has dual intake runners and the ITR has single runners, an ECU for an ITR will have no control over the secondary inlet runners and the engine will run like crap...apart from that the fueling/timing is all wrong. Spoon do make an ECU for the SiR/Si but theyre pretty rare and hard to get hold of...

Showed my cousin this and he wasn't that happy he needs a ECU badly for his car cus he thinks his DC2 is slow LOL. I only own a Civic EJ9 as im only 17 and insurance is killing me LOL
thanks for the help guys

No he doesnt, an ECU isnt going to make a lot of difference. If the car is properly serviced and running well other than him thinking its slow, then he need to look at breathing, ie intake, exhaust manifold and exhaust system, they will free up some power but theyre not going to make a huge difference. The SiR is not a slow car and so maybe a good service would help, new spark plugs, dizzy car, rotor arm, plug leads will all help the engine run smoother and faster....an ECU wont.
