Can I replace the stock 02 sensor with a wideband like the AEM UEGO and use the AEM anolog output to give a signal to the ECU?

No you cannot as AEM wb puts out a 0-5v analog. The ecu expects a 0-1v voltage from a narrowband sensor.

PLX WBs output 0-5v and 0-1v analog, that WILL work.

Thanks will. Could I use a resistor to step the voltage down? If I go with a chiped ecu will it still need a signal from the narrow band even after been tuned using the wideband?

A resistor will not scale the voltage. With a chipped ecu/hondata or any other good EMS for that matter you can run the car in OPEN loop then you dont need ANY O2 sensors. :nice:

Cheers Will:nice: What do you think of the AEM UEGO as a permanent connected wideband?

Looks good, not as good as the PLX unless you Run a Gems, Omex or AEM ECU.

PLX = 0-1v & 0-5v
AEM= 0-5v & Serieal output

if using uego and want to keep oem sensor just get another hole put into manifold for uego sensor
