Seats are Bride seats as far as i remember and yes there is no bumpstrips, its been smoothed in.

220bhp standard with bags of torque, mated with a b serires gearbox (h2b) and your laughin

209bhp Gav and thats only the H22A7. Some of the other H series range are not so powerful and without the H2B, its a swap I dinnae rate.

ATR H22a7 swaps a beast, engine mounted further forward than B series iirc so will be bags of understeer probs when pushed hard

i was under the impression the jdm h22a from euro r's were 220 standard..

^^ I believe the H22a in the Euro R Accord is 220ps (217bhp) and the H22a7 in the UKDM ATR is 212ps (209bhp)
