Wheel nuts

All wheel nuts will corrode over time, the doing up and undoing can damage the finish. You can prevent this by using a high quality socket, not over torquing the nuts and some use like a layer (a plastic bag) inside the socket as like a wee protective layer to protect the finish

Their steel so yeah i imagine they will be fine, just a different design, ive used steel nuts like these before with a closed end and they work great but never used the ones above

I just put a set of these on this weekend. Look fine to me, much better than alot of the crappy aluminium ones I have come across. Wasn't going to risk Alu again so went with these, thumbs up so far!

Just received these in the morning. They look and feel great, I'll just have to take extra care when fitting/removing them :nice:

was looking at these on funkypower.com and there £90! :O good price

I am fitting my new set of wheels soon and am going to need new wheel nuts and was put off by Alu ones so I am gonna buy these! Are the 1.5 pitch the ones to go for for 96 ek civic?

Cheers

Yep m12x1.5 is what you want :nice: The ones funkypower sell are muteki ones. Quality would probably be better but these are half the price and it seemed silly to spend an extra £50.

They dont include locking nuts though do they? so technically anyone could come and steal youre wheels?

Someone try and let me know because i was about to buy them but not if theyre that easy to steal.

Just ordered some how do you make them last longer so they dont rust or lose colour?
