Hi whats the difference between a d14z2 engine and a d14a4 i know the two of these are 1.4s but whats the better of the two ?

Noob lol sure am does anyone know how to remove a back whiper on an ej9 not sure if ive got to remove the plastics inside the car or not help ?

Welcome, the D14a4 is in the pre face lift EJ9's(1996-1998) and the D14z2 is in the face lift models (1998-2000). I don't think there is any differences between them.
