What gearbox oil for ej9?

I should be putting a new clutch on my ej9 d14 next week and ill need new gearbox oil but im not sure what to get? Im guess the Honda stuffs probably the best option :/

My engines a d14z2 if that makes a difference

Oem Honda I'd go for not sure if D-series use mtf-3 or not probably a lesser grade! but can use any oe grade oils I suppose

Just use normal honda mtf, it's what I run in my d-series without s problem!

Your local Honda dealer should have stock on the shelf and is around £10 a litre. After postage costs on ebay etc. it worked out a few quid cheaper to go Honda last time I bought MTF.
