Water in Front Passenger Footwell on my EK3

I have recently found a soggy front carpet footwell in my EK3 - I have taken the carpet up as much as I can and found a small swimming pool!!

Any ideas or suggestions as to where this could have possibly leaked in from?

usually to do with old cracked seam sealant along the floor and up along the firewall at the wing. fairly easy to clean off the old stuff and reapply new stuff.
