Wanting parts for turbo kit for B16

Hi, decided i'm not gonna go for ready made kit as i think they're well overpriced and this can be done much cheapper.
Was wondering if some of you guys have any parts for sale so i can start putting my kit together? looking for manifodl, turbo, wastegate, piping, FMI, fuel pump, injectors, engine management etc

I'd buy a new garret or precision turbo, or a decent second hand unit of the forum. Don't skimp on the Turbo or wastegate / bov.

Then you can source the rest cheapish and tune on chrome.

hey thanks, i looked but no one on forum is selling anything at the mo...
 
In my opinion the best option is to go for a ready made kit.when I built my turbo 9 I sourced all the parts separate as I thought it would be cheaper but in the end worked out to be around the same. Best buying a kit and saves you alot of time and hassle aswell :)
 
the advantage of collecting part by part is that you dont have to pay out 3k for the whole set in one go.
if i was going for ready made turbo kit i'd deff go for reidy racing. i've even tried to contact them for more details but never heard back....
 
Ive had dealings with Reidy Racing, Rob's a nice guy but not alot is going on with them. Alot of talk but wanted me to transfer 3k into his personal account to order the kit from JDL, took nearly 2 months to get a quote from various fabricators which wasn't directly his fault but still. Asked multiple times to meet in person and look at the twinscroll kit he had in stock and meet him to get an idea who i was dealign with, but he wouldnt give me a direct answer and then when it came to me saying id buy the kit he has in stock it was all of a sudden sold. So I went else where as I didn't have much faith or trust in him. Just my experience but id order of JDL direct or a go-autoworks street setup for around 2k and avoid :nice:

p.s he apparently had 2 other people ordering a kit but that was months ago and still nothing so doubt it was true. Also he might be really busy with his S2k coming up to japfest etc

My impression of reidy racing was exact the same - a lot of talk but nothing else. Must say - that twin scroll look amazing and I really want one!!
 
I have a full turbonetics kit that i have no use for. Turbo could do with a rebuild for piece of mind.
