I normally buy from Burns, Reid Washbon or Columbia River in America - most of these are from Columbia.
GoodFabs and Chris Tullett are good suppliers in the UK, but both work out very expensive for 321 grade.

Today's job is the radiator. Full width, 3" thick Pace core with AN fittings all round and a Spal fan to go on after.

OMG, this thing is just a whole different level and a true meaning of built not bought!

Seriously the work your doing is crazy, really impressed with the build quality and the fact your doing pretty much everything yourself is cool as ****!

Nice work!

Love the heatshield for the turbo! Is it acting as a brace/support too?

Yeah it picks up five out of six of the comp housing bolts, so mounts it up pretty solid.

I'm just playing with the intercooler tonight. Will get some pics up shortly once I've got one of the end tanks together.

A little more progress tonight. Following on with the mantra of "if it's worth doing, it's worth doing in the most over-complicated and time consuming fashion possible", here's one intercooler end tank that has taken eight hours to make so far...

Whole process to go through again tomorrow!

Made the intercooler mounts this weekend, along with a few other little jobs that aren't worth picturing.
