Urgent Help Needed!!!

My car begun to idle at 2500 rpm and when I investigated I came up with this! There is a pipe about 10mm in diametre comming from the top of my inlet manifold leading down to the lower part and when I block it it idles normally but when unblocked it idles high! Can anyone tell me what it is so I can get the part new? Also where it joined the inlet manifold down low it had a little bit of green plastic and a spring in it! pics attatched!

offhand it sounds like a pcv checkvalve post pics or email them!

I rang a mechanic and he thinks its that! Im in the middle of putting pics on photobucket so ill have them up in a few mins! If it is the pcv valve where would I get one and what would they cost roughly?

Breakers is easiest otherwise speak to my friend Bernard and tell him the guy with the turbo EK9 sent you. He'll get you any honda part you need.
