spot on mate, imports that have never been undersealed soon turn shitty underneath, you should take the bumpers off and do under them too.

I didn't think I'd have to do them as its a fibreglass bodykit, but I'll have a look 2mw, weather permitting :nice:

Off topic: Does that look like stock suspension to you?

yeah get the bumpers off,i mean not spray the bumpers the car lol heh he behind the bumpers, yeah looks stock suspension.

Ok cheers will do, dont want my pride n joy rusting away :nerv:

Damn thought they could have been coilovers :)

coilovers have threads on them that you can move the rings round,up or down to lower or raise the height.

yeah I am thinking about this, how did you do it?

did you get those spray ones? or brush on?

does the EK9 need more under seal?

I am in the UK BTW

there is alot of salt on your roads over there it.d be best to completely underseal the whole underneath of the car...i did it to a coupe i have stripped everythin off the bottom exhaust wishbones suspension seal all underneath up on the chassis legs in behind the bumper...makes a great job ul never get a spot of rust again if done rite:nice:

Get a hose pipe and wash all the crap from under the arches let it dry,
Take a wheel off, brush away all the dust, then brush or spray on underseal.

I did it with a 500ml tin of "tetroseal" £1.75 from local motor spare shop, mixed in a little engine oil (to go on smoother, and wont dry out or crack in a couple of months)

I was under the impression all Japanese imports need it cos of the salt on our roads.

yeah your right the japs don't use salt on the roads they use snow tyres, they hardly use underseal on the cars just a quick skim,we in the uk are about the only countries that do use salt, oil is the best underseal you can put under a car but you wouldnt want to do that, although i was reading a landrover mag and this old dude smothered the underside of his landrover in oil and it was a series 1 or something that was like 30 years old but had no rust cause of the oil he put on.
