Uk to jdm

What's needing to swap my ukdm ecu to a jdm? Got manifold ect just need ecu done is it straight swap?

Also what difference does it make...

not much of a difference power wise but you will now have a factory limiter at 180km/h

very easy to swap them
 
Not really any gain, just JDM fanboi points lol. Also your idle will sit above 1k RPM. I have a JDM spoon ECU and the higher idle does my head in, so i am getting a UKDM one put back in.
 
some people claim this is "the best mod you can do to a UKDM teg"
 
From the manifold back its the same system. Bar cat length difference. Only thing special about jdm systems is the manifold. 98 spec that is.

Best/ easiest mod would be a spoon ecu. Noticed a great difference going from std jdm ecu to spoon one with b18cr. Search it on here there is a good write up with dyno comparisons.

Are you saying the b pipes ukdm/jdm are same diamtre.??

I just put a decat & mani on my uk teg so a jdm b pipe is pointless?
