tuning advice please!!

hi guys, just wondering what sort of power can be extracted from a ek9. with all the usual parts. mani, decat, induction kit etc. also how easy would it be to get mapped? i dont know if its different being a jap import??? cheers.

If it's healthy around the 190-200 mark vtec6000 on here is the guy to talk to about mapping your car

Don't really see the point in spending what could be £1000-2000 on N/A cars.
I spent £1200 on Mugen parts on my DC2 & gained 4bhp, far better off spending it refreshing worn components & track time tuition. Both will make you a better driver.

Its a healthy engine. Only on 60k with plenty of services. I know the gains wont be massive but they u still notice it. And as mine is the lightweight model it makes a difference! Turbo hey......how much might that cost lol

U took a standard dc2 an spent £1200 an u only gained 4bhp?

I heard he bought a Mugen sticker usually good for at least 10bhp, you must have bought a bad one!
