Tranny slight knock and movement!

Hi this has just started recently, it's at it's worse when in first gear and moving slowly decelerating using gear resistance and as the weight transfers there is a knock and i can feel it through the gear knob as if there is slight movement or some thing is loose somewere. Could it be a mount?

Any body got good advise?

i'd think it would be a mount, get it up on some ramps and check the gear linkage too

Check your driveshafts for movement/play, i had a knocking/cluncking noise and found out it was my inner joint on o/s driveshaft.
