Condition: 7/10 - has been on the front of my car for over a year so the colour is a little sun faded and has some marks.
Description: 6mm thick aluminum. 50mm diameter hoop.

Nope, just as pictured sorry. You don't need much though. I fitted one to my rear tow hook using an M12 nut and bolt and a couple of penny washers
