top up with different engine oil

guys, my engine oil is petro canada, then i top up with castrol magnetec. will it effect any performance?coz rite now the car feels heavy...sent to 3 mechanic they dont know wats the problem....but i didnt mention to them that i top up with another engine oil brand. please say thats the culprit to my problem...
 
There should be no problem if nothing but oil brand has changed, unless maybe you overfilled. Check your engine timing make sure its spot on. Check the spark plugs see what condition they are in...oil fouled...rich plugs/lean plug etc etc. Check for dirty air filter.

thanks mate...all of those might lead to engine heavy.i'll check them one by one.
 
Using a different make of oil will not effect your car. As long as you've keptit the same stuff.

thanks mate...i took out a little oil,and the oil level is slightly below max....the car feels much lighter now...really appreciate it...
