Was in a rush to go to work this morning, checked my oil before I left and it was pretty low (just above the min mark) unfortunately the road outside my house isn't completely flat so i think that reading may have been slightly wrong.. I topped it up before I left and checked it on my lunch break at work, where I was parked on perfectly flat ground and it now reads about 2 or 3mm over the max.. I drove to and from work (about 6 miles away) with it like that, would that cause any problems? im guna go and drain a small bit out now and bring it back down to where it should be, just wondered if I could have damaged my engine?
