Please ask if you need more photos of this car.

We will put a layer of prima on to prevent rust in the next few days.

You will need to pick up the chassis or make your own arrangement for picking up the chassis.

I would strongly suggest come and have a look to the chassis in person, the quality of weld you cannot see it clearly in the pictures.

Most of the other bits I can post with additional shipping cost.

Any question please PM or email me at - info@dmsracingltd.co.uk

thanks

Dixon

I just found this in the back room, completely forgot I have this kit -

AP Racing 4 pots caliper CP3307, will fit 98 spec DC2 or EK9 with 5 studs with 2mm spacer if use with Buddyclub SF wheels.

Have almost new Dixcel R01 race pad, brand new middle hub from AP racing with all new bolts and studs. FCR Carbon Slot disk Disk is still ok but one inner side have a line caused by a stone got stuck inside between the carrier and the disk. Also just changed to new seals when we took it out.

£1000 for everything.

Also pictures for Brembo setup - Touring car caliper will go on DC2 with 5 studs with 4mm spacer with buddyclub SF wheels.

Comes with almost new (1 race) FCR Carbon Slotted disk (same disk on Japanese GT race car), new hubs and nuts from brembo, Type Z pad (1 race) - New seals before fitted for the last race as well - £1300 for all.

This buddyclub wheels is for sale as well, as you can see from photo they have no kerb or damaged at all, just used it for the last race at Brands hatch in the wet, so the tyres are almost new as well.

Hello,

I am interested in some information about the DC5 gearbox, please.

-Are you able to send this gearbox to Spain? I don't know what company you usually use, but for example DHL has a very nice service.

-WPC treatment is made to bearings? I suppose that it is made to gears and/or shafts.

-What gearbox oil are you using on it? Or what do you recommend?

-Final drive and gear ratios are the standard of JDM DC5?

Do you have some photo of the parts before assembly or in general of the gearbox?

Thank you for your answers.

Yes we can send this box to Spain for another £60.

Yep we have WPC treatment on all bearing as well.

Gearbox oil we always use Motul FF 75w-140, this oil is good for aftermarket Carbon diff as well.

Yep Final drive and ratio are from DC5 stock.

I will try to get you some photo soon but its only a gearbox so nothing much to see.

Dixon

Thank you for your answer Dixon.

So specs are perfect, as well as shipping price.

An image always says how a piece worked. For sure I supose you looked after it very good. :p

Would you accept some reasonable offer for this gearbox? (I already know that the price is pretty smart)

thanks!

Dixon,
do you have a quick release steering wheel and hub adapter?
Im looking for one at the moment.

Kev.

Sorry steering wheel and quick release are not for sale. Worth too little to sell them might as well keep it for spare.

For the box, the diff itself is worth more than £1000, plus all the new synchros and new wpc bearing that is another £800 there and after rebuilt it only been on one race in the wet so is actually like new inside with almost new diff. Can't give any offer on this sorry

Thanks

Dixon

I understand you perfectly. Yes, it is worth what you are asking.

I have a question:
Internally, all k series geaboxes can be swaped each to other, right? I mean between DC5, EP3, FD2, FN2. Maybe cases of gearbox not but the internals...

I ask this because we are wondering if it could be installed in a FN2 we are preparing. Maybe some electrical part and external part of the cases can be different, but sure internals can be transplanted.

What do you think?

Thanks again sir.

Yes all K series box are the same and will fit straight in no matter which car you have.

Dixon

Thank you Dixon!

Now I have to meditate about buying it. I let you know something soon. :naughty:

Yep both race car and new shell still available.

The new race Shell gonna paint with prima next week, so it will be ready for you to paint straight away when you got it.
