Hi guys, i have calibrated the tps the correct way but the problem i have is getting the higher and lower perameters correct. Obviously you adjust the higher voltage at wot to 4.5v by rotating the sensor. But i cant seem to set the tps at closed throttle. The only way i managed to do it was by adjusting the throttle stop which then opens the throttle and messes up the idle :/ any ideas ? I also have a hesitation when the engine is under load. At about 2000rpm in 4th at half throttle it feels really flat and then as the revs go up it suddenly pulls like it should. Could this be because the tps isnt calibrated properly ?
