What do you think they do? Its not magic thats for sure..
They machine a piece of 7075T6 Billet. Anodize them and then insert the Energy bushes.

We use the same material, same bushes, same manufacturing processes. Only thing is we dont have some over inflated price, partly because they are manufactured right here in the UK.

They will improve handling, as these replace the majority of your rear bushings. (your original bushes are probably 11+ yrs old now and will need replacing). Also these are a modification that most people can do on their drive. Of course its cheaper and just as effective to put Energy bushes in your original arms but not everyone has the ability or time to do that.

And finally these look amazing under your car!! :nice:
They will be on display at Japfest if you want to take a look.

Jonny will have a look at JF cheers, they look ace.

Shane, I dont think you need to go for JDM points for a part like this, something like suspention coilovers then yes. But this is just a piece of quality aluminium with bushes at the end of the day.

£170 is not over inflated? :wow: they look good, but thats a mad price for replica parts with much less r & d...

i no the point with jdm points but the whole main reason of the the function 7's are for the non type r's.

mostly all parts are tested somehow before leaving the showroom ? how are yours tested ?

how much do they weigh ?

You assume r&d costs so much. On a part like this it doesnt. Its effectively a replica of the original honda arm but in a different material.

Parts we have developed such as brake stoppers for the fn2 & ep3 have cost next to nothing to develop and we had nothing to base our design on.

Any decent draftsman can create a model of an arm.
The main costs in our arms are the materials, the time they take to machine and the 50k we have invested to make these possible. We have wanted to manufacture this type of part for two years now but its just not possible to outsource this job to a machine shop as the cycle time is so long.

Trust me this price is far from over inflated.

After each operation (there are four) the parts are checked to see if they are coming off the machine within tolerance. What else would you want us to do? What else do they do. Like I said previously its not 'wizardry'.

sorry to be stubborn but you still havnt answered what tests these have gone through to make it safe me/anyone to use on their cars ?

They havent. Would you as the same question if we manufactured the standard generic arms imported from China. I think not. Did you question freakyparts on there brackets and bells...

If people require testing it can be done. We could even send a real F7 for a comparison. I wonder what will happen
