anyone have a good idea on what is the best tar remover out there thats not bad for the paint whether its a brand bought from a shop or a home remedy of some kind as ive tried a few and i may as well of just poured water on the car. a spray type would suit me best as its hard to keep the tar off cars were i live as there be's a lot of it after about 2 weeks.

Autoglym tar remover is good or if you want to go all out buy a clay bar that gets all the little bits stuck to your paint out.

Autosmart Tardis mate, great stuff! Spray it on and watch it run off. Safe for the paint and easily washed off after use.

were i live, the car be's covered in tar about every 2-3 weeks so a spray bottle would be more useful than a clay bar as they take awhile to do, i looked at the autoglm tar remover but they dont have spray bottles!?

Get onto your local auto-glym rep, Buy yourself a gallon drum of tar/adhesiver remover along with a spray bottle. Effort-less removal :))

I know of a few lads that use diesel. They just spray it on with a spray bottle

Autoglymm is probably the best shop stuff you can buy, mate of mine used it on his car said it works good. Also takes sticky tape right off you change your plates ect
